This project comprises the 2040 visioning of a coastal city in Vietnam. It looks at the various issues facing the city in terms of its urban form and its impacts on the natural systems and its people. The proposal aims to address the issues identified through various urban revitalisation strategies at city scale through to street and public space scale.
