Regional transformation.
The Mason, Box Hill is an integrated residential and mixed-use development located in the rapidly changing Box Hill area, which is transitioning from a rural setting to a flourishing urban environment. Situated at the intersection of Mason Road, Tucana Road, Aries Way, and Aurora Street, the site context offers excellent accessibility to key community facilities. This Master Plan is part of a larger initiative aimed at transforming the entire area into a sustainable, connected, and thriving community.
Balancing diverse housing options with communal space.
The scope of the master plan encompasses diverse housing options, including apartments, duplexes and townhouses, mixed-use commercial spaces, at grade green spines, ample parking, and communal areas. The master plan focuses on promoting connectivity, sustainable practices, and a sense of community within the development, while seamlessly integrating with the surrounding urban environment and contributing to the broader transformation of Box Hill.
